Sunset Mall Pad Development
Sunset Mall is a retail shopping center located in Washington County, Oregon. The project involved developing an 8,000-square-foot retail pad in the front of the shopping center for three retail tenants. DOWL provided civil engineering and landscape architecture that included the new pad, parking lot improvements, stormwater quality upgrades on the center, and a half street road improvement on the adjacent county street.
