Cedar Hills Crossing

Cedar Hills Crossing is a large retail commercial center located in Beaverton, Oregon. The center totals over 55 acres of commercial space including grocery anchors, retail shops, restaurants, fitness center, and entertainment uses. DOWL staff have worked on multiple phases of the redevelopment, from concept planning through construction administration and project delivery. DOWL provided civil engineering and land use planning services including land use entitlements, civil site design, public road frontage improvements, landscape architecture, and water resources engineering.
