Big Horn Regional Water Supply
DOWL was selected by the Big Horn Regional Joint Power Board to provide planning, funding acquisition and administration, design, bidding, and construction administration for 48 miles of water transmission pipeline. This included storage tanks, pump stations, SCADA control, and other appurtenances. This project is a regional drinking water system that provides reliable and redundant water supply to towns and rural water districts spanning 800 square miles over three counties.
