This project included the construction of a 15-story tower (ground floor retail, four levels of parking, 10 stories of office space) with associated paved driveways, parking areas, sidewalks and landscaping. DOWL led the project management team during both the design and construction phases of this project. DOWL assisted the owner in organizing the project design team and led the team through schematic design and the selection of a general contractor through a Request for Proposal process. DOWL was also responsible for negotiating the final architect/engineer and construction contracts. DOWL also provided construction phase services.
