DOWL selects Jim Albin to lead Construction Engineering and Inspection team
With Jason Kelly’s promotion to Geo-Construction Practice Area Lead, DOWL has selected Jim Albin to fill his vacated position as sub-practice area leader for the Construction Engineering and Inspection team.
Jim is based in Bend, Oregon, and has been with DOWL since 2014. In that time, he has proven himself as a skilled project manager with a knack for client satisfaction. He has a passion for construction, and he loves working with contractors and clients on projects involving alternative delivery such as design-build and Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC).
