Dana Johnson joins DOWL’s Alternative Delivery Group
DOWL’s Bellevue office is thrilled to welcome Dana Johnson, DBIA, to the team as a Senior Project Manager. With extensive experience as a project manager and business developer on the contractor side, Dana has collaborated with a variety of AEC industry partners and brings valuable expertise to her new role.
DOWL’s Alternative Delivery Market Sector Leader, Steve Noble, shared his excitement about Dana’s arrival, noting that he had been hoping to bring her on board for two years.

From a business development standpoint, Dana’s established relationships with contractors, engineers, and architects, as well as her deep knowledge of the Puget Sound region make her an invaluable addition to the team.
For Dana, joining DOWL is the next step in her career evolution—a new challenge within the AEC industry. She’s eager to leverage her 20 years of construction experience to collaborate earlier in the project lifecycle at the owner advisor and engineering level.
