DOWL identified a market opportunity to provide owners experienced technical and planning assistance to keep projects organized and on-track. DOWL's staff of project managers and construction engineers represent owners in all phases of project management and construction administration, starting with the preparation of contract documents and ending by "turning over the keys."
Design Phase Project Management. DOWL's PM/CA staff manages multi-disciplinary design teams involving architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, landscape, civil, survey, and geotechnical services.
