For DOWL Engineers, Alaska Testlab, and Toner-Nordling (collectively known as DOWL), it all comes down to people and at DOWL we have the best.
Our staff of 200 in Alaska, Washington and Arizona includes licensed engineers along with specialists in seismicity, geology, hydrology, computer analysis, planners, construction inspectors, testing technicians and a well-rounded support services staff.
We regularly expand to meet seasonal and project schedules, finding qualified personnel through affiliations in the business and educational communities.
